Relapsed twice

    I guess it is an improvement since I always binge 3 to 5 times to hentai but no today it was t 2 times to regular and when I checked on hentai I was immediately disgusted so I guess I am improving slowly

    Right now I feel the after effects of my relapse

    Headache
    Anxiety
    Anger
    Shame
    I feel like crying

    My streak was 9 days and since I relapsed I am truly scared not to binge because I know for a fact that after a relapse first week is a nightmare to deal with

    You have 2 choices: return to hentai and porn , and after few time ( months , years ), you will get serious erectil disfunction . Or stop for ever hentai and porn and after few weeks, you will feel super powerfull and get good erection and normal

    1 don't continue the binge cycle.
    2 start fresh a new streak.
    3 identify what exactly is the cause for relapsing..learn from this mistake and don't repeat it again.
    4 understanding is your foundation..you have to understand and accept that porn is pure evil and it will LITERALLY RUIN YOUR LIFE . Otherwise you won't Stop!.
