Absolutely. Addiction to Porn had given me very low self-esteem that I didn’t even had the confidence to talk to girls that I liked. Also, when I was addicted to porn I was very easy to lose my temper. My relationship with my parents had gone terrible. Last but not least, I felt like I had become less energetic. In a beautiful sunny day I would rather stay in my room than going outside. Now I’ve started my new life and I’m feeling so different. I’m so calm, positive and motivated just as before I didn’t have Porn addiction. So I promised myself not to go back again.

 

I definitely saw my sexual interests twist and warp, but I don't think my personality changed much. Just my experience though

 

I don't know if our personality changes that much during our lifetime. I think aspects of it can become more diminished or pronounced depending on the circumstances. When I'm in the throws of looking at P regularly I become quite anxious. My interactions with people can become strained. I tend to doubt myself a lot, and I often stutter in conversations. I've always tended towards this, but it becomes a whole lot more when I'm using P everyday. Take it away and I'm a lot more confident, and brighter and on the front foot in my dealings with others. But personality is a very deep subject to discuss with so many aspects that are debatable, so my account could be different from yours or someone elses.
