Cant believe myself. Everything I said I would do, I didn't. I am mentally weak. I need to work on so much and this all will take so much time, but I am willing to do the works. I hate failure and will use it as a driving force!

I'm back to day 0/14. I made a mistake, and I want a clean slate. I can do it this time.

Day 5/14. Still trying to get a grip on ogling, but getting better at resisting P flashbacks or fantasies.

 

The times that you are depressed are the hardest. But if you push through it, there is a brighter side that awaits you.
