    Hey everyone! Just introducing myself here. Glad to be here with y'all, it's so encouraging to not be alone with my issues. I found out about "nofap" 3 days ago, and I believe I came to the final epiphany I needed to stop pmo, after struggling to go more than 1-2 weeks without it for 20+ years. Can't wait to see what happens now...
