I feel everyday my soul awakens a bit more.. Good things are coming. Addiction free but I enjoy my vape or occasional cigarette, I don’t give a fuck lol

 

Don’t put yourself down, it only makes you want wallow yourself in self pity. Then after hating yourself some more you will relapse again. Stay positive and don’t be hard on yourself.
