My fear of love is the root cause of my PMO addiction

Discussion in 'Porn Addiction' started by Deleted Account, Apr 7, 2019.

  1. I just don't know if I can. I saw this girl at this supermarket. She is beautiful. She didn't realize how great she looks. I grabbed a pair of balls and went up to talk to her. She was surprised that I was so intrigued by her, but she didn't want my number. Unfortunately, since we were strangers, she left the supermarket. Damn, so close. But the close encounter taught me a lot about myself. My biggest problem was evaluating her "hotness" and not her personality. I just realized that I'm afraid to reach out to someone and feel a sense of closeness to someone. I have a fear of love. The fear of being close to someone. The fear of having it all fall apart when the poop hits the fan. Sometimes, I try not to think about love. But whenever, you turn on the radio, watch TV, listen to music. It's basically everywhere. I don't know. What's the solution to my problem?

  2. Well, you should probably do NoFap first before finding a girl. You want to make sure, you aren't suffering from any PIED. Make sure you have morning wood, night wood, and go to bed on time. Drink a lot of water. Because it's happening to thousands of guys around the world.

  3. Porn makes you think that women want mindless sex. Porn is full of lies. Women just want to love like every other normal human being. You should probably read into psychology. It's helped me a lot with understanding people and the things they do.

  4. You're not going to escape "love." You just have to deal with the burden and accept yourself for who you are. There are women who are going to like you. Stop telling yourself lies and negative nonsense. I see people holding hands all the time. Your envy and jealousy are under a false judgment. You have no idea what people's relationships are like.

  5. See the big picture for a minute. Your one human being. Mind, Body, Soul, Spirit. Things aren't going to be grey forever. Eventually, the sun will come out. Life has it's black and white moments. It's life. Marcus Aurelius once said "The universe is change" meaning that the more you focus on the negative aspects of your life, the more negative things you are going to receive. The same goes for the positive. Please understand that. Develop gratitude for yourself. Be thankful for your toilet and so on. Everyone has issues.

  6. I see. I probably need to reboot my brain and quit the internet altogether. Only use it when I need to and not for entertainment, lol. Thanks for your advice.

  7. Good. I realize my mistakes now. Thank you for advice.
