A fresh new start

    After falling off track and relapsing multiple times over the last year I've finally made up my mind to be back here and make this a constant part of life because the truth I do need support and help to get over something that has such a powerful hold on me and my behaviour.

    Like any addiction there is always going to be another problem, another reason, that one more time that'll show up but in the end it's being able to cope with everything in a healthy way that will help us make the best out of the life we've got.

    Here's to new beginnings,
