    Depends on what your goals are, which you could tell us a little more about. But I don't think the question "Is this a relapse or not?" is the best question because I can't imagine a situation where this would be good for you and your growth. Not that it's necessarily a relapse, but it's not helping either.
    Whether you decide on it being a relapse or not, it's probably best to just not do this. It arouses you and you're really trying to avoid that.
