Have you guys done anything to relieve the head tension?

  2. I’ve only just noticed as it goes my tension has died down recently and isn’t there as much. I think sleeping properly helps and time.

I use curcumin nanoparticle, solution. vitamin d3 and krill oil and other supplements.to recover faster and avoid brain fog tension headaches and general fatigue..

  4. Recently I've been having this weird pressure in the front of my face and head. It also feels like my nose is under pressure and my sinuses are inflamed.

i have tension on the right side of my head, temple, and into the right face and jaw...its really strange... im rebooting again after having rebooted fully and lasting a year without relapse... i noticed when i rebooted last time this tension gradually disappeared. that and i had blasts of moments i felt like i could focus more and more... first i heard of anyone else with these tensions... glad its not just me. porn and sex addiction ruined ten years of my life... im on my way back to fully heal... almost there... nothing will stop me this time...

  6. Little update. My tension has gone for the most part. It may well come back but I don’t notice it at all at the moment.

I doubt it is from porn I you should seek a doctor. If you masturbate your head tension relieves? Try some massages in the back of the neck they saved me a couple of times.

  11. No it doesn’t relieve whatsoever. It has stayed with me whether MO to sensation or being clean. Its related to anxiety porn withdrawal for me.

How much years you watched porn?
Did you have these tensions before quitting porn?

  13. 10 years+. No only after. It is most definitely porn withdrawal.

    Same here.

One question for you. As the tension went away was it all over that toy healed. I'm down to one spot in my back and very slight sensations around my eyes.

We’re all trying to focus on other things. PMO withdrawals can be brutal. I know this as well as anyone. The only way out is through unfortunately.

  19. The mental pain from PMO withdrawal is worse than the mental pain from opioid withdrawal. Only benzo withdrawal is worse. I speak from experience.

I started to have weird head tensions in my forehead since day 4 or 5 .. it's like something is pushing my forehead outward..
and i am still having them, i used porn for 15 years.
do you think those weird headaches are related to abstinence ?
