Ten Weeks

    Today marks the 10th week (70 days) without P.M. I feel great. Identified triggers, and have divorced the visual stimuli from the genital stimulation. Now I can look at my wife and daughter without shame and feel like I can be a role model to my son. Porn is not invincible, we are if we work together.
