The reason I initially started porn free and nofap was to cure PIED.

I have been on this journey for around a year now with a lot of relapses a long the way, but also a lot of streaks.

Something I have noticed recently is even when I am relapsing to porn/artificial sexual stimulation, even when I have went in to a PMO binge, for some reason the PIED and ed isn't returning. After a few days of nofap, no porn/artificial sexual stimulation my erections are returning to normal again.

The problem with this is having PIED was a big motivator for me to stop porn/artificial sexual stimulation, and now I don't seem to be getting ed even from jacking off to porn, even from going in to PMO binges. The problem is I honestly feel like I don't feel as worried about it because I no longer have PIED. It's as if the reason I done so well at staying away from all that stuff was because I had PIED.

There's clearly been a lot of brain changes happen to me over this last year. I have went through quite heavy withdrawals quite a few times. So obviously if my brain has rewired or nearly rewired then obviously jacking off to porn, even going in to a PMO binge isn't going to desensitise me and cause PIED again that quickly. But if I keep jacking off to this stuff for long enough then the PIED is likely to return.

I really need help and advice on how I can stop my self falling back in to old habits?

Sounds like you answered your own question. I like to think of it in terms of "tolerance" similar to drug use. When you overuse drugs, any drug for that matter, you build up a "tolerance" which can have many negative effects not just no longer getting that high you once had. It sounds like you've cleared up whatever receptors you needed to in order to have a pretty healthy brain. It sounds like you've been given another chance to use porn responsibly--or not--whatever you decide.
