***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

I am grateful for the start of the work week.
I am grateful for the rain. It was misty and a little soggy but it felt good.
I am grateful for the breakfast I had in the morning.

 

Day 28 of 30

1. I'm grateful to know about the harms of porn and fapping.
2. I'm grateful that my family is religious and we go to church regularly.
3. I'm grateful that I'm allowed to pursue whatever job makes me happy.

 

I am grateful to see my uncle after a very long time in person.
I am grateful for the warm weather.
I am grateful I am in a better place mentally and physically today compared to yesterday, especially at work.

 

Day 29 of 30

1. I'm grateful that my mom is so understanding and considerate.
2. I'm grateful for the chance to try again.
3. I'm grateful for the beautiful life given to me by God.

 

I am grateful for following things:

1. That I have come back to this amazing forum.
2. That I finally posted here again!
3. For all the people here.
4. For all the fellow fapstronauts fighting this devilish addiction!
5. For live. We should really appreciate it more - since it is quite difficult to come into "existence!"
6. For our will to fight. We shall never surrender!

 

I am grateful for the fun and liveliness in the house these last few days.
I am grateful for stumbling on a new track from an artist I usually listen to and the fact they also have it as a homework edit.
I am grateful for the talk I had and needed last night.

 

Day 30 of 30

1. I'm grateful that I live a comfortable life.
2. I'm grateful that my niece is growing up to be a good girl.
3. I'm grateful that I live in a democracy.

 

I am grateful to Bagonzero for sending me the link to this thread. I got lost in finding it and it was way down my alerts and I lost the thread.
I am grateful to all my NoFap family for supporting me.
I am grateful for a wonderful week. Challenging but I made it.

 

I am thankful for my health. I would like to do more for my body and mind but at the moment, I am happy and thankful.

2. I'm grateful that I only had a minor cut while shaving and I'm at home anyways so it'll heal easily.

Day 33

3. I'm grateful for old classic pop music, it's so beautiful.

 

I am grateful for the concept of exercise and how something that tires you also energizes you.
I am grateful for kind people.
I am grateful for a vibrant economy.

 

I am grateful for the weather today. It reminds me that winter isn't over just yet.
I am grateful for the short trip my uncle and I went on. We did a little bit of trekking in a forest and it was wonderful.
I am grateful for the talks I've had with my uncle. He's always been positive and pushing me to go where I want and need to to make myself happy and successful in my own way. And I truly appreciate that.
