Is Sex more enjoyable than Fapping?

My sex life improved in the way that I'm able to get aroused by my girlfriend rather than closing my eyes while fucking and thinking of porn images. Which is a major improvement, it makes the sex way more enjoyable and relaxed.

On a more general note it's normal that your brain is afraid to let go of porn as a form of sexuality. For addicts porn makes up 70+% (I'm just throwing out a number) of their sexuality and the rest is normal real life sex. And so when you decide to remove such a big chunk of who you defined yourself to be sexually, you're naturally going to be afraid that there's not going to be anything left. But your brain is exaggerating and doesn't realize the potential that awaits it in the real sex world.

 

With P I can get a bigger O but its totally draining and it just destroys me mentally for days. Plus a minute after that O I feel like sh!t.

With girl my O so far might be smaller, but it feels 10x better. Its hard to describe.

P just gets everything from me, maybe even unnaturally. With girl its more natural, less draining. And sometimes I had a great O with my ex.. really good.
