Check this out, This is what I realised my broda.

As human and how everly curious we are.. i happened to find some demonic P where your so called P stars are used in sexual rituals for Satan.. Mocking Jesus Christ and the Cross, holding the Holy book while having sex, Blaspheming the Word and all, profanity.. this was found in a p site. The Devil really got nerves to mock our Father smh. No wonder its been said that porn is Devilish.

If you do not have a solid reason to end or quit seeing porn, My broda, these are. So just so you know, entering a p site, is like entering the house of Satan and you are also mocking your father too. Think about it.

I thank God for making me see this. Now i am angry at Satan, if i see him anywhere, i will really beat him. Thats why he can not show himself physically, we woulda killed him ourselves lol.

So now, you decide, if u want to support someone mocking your Father(regardless of what stupid dopamine or pleasure u get in return) or do you want to fight him.

Simply say No forever, and our Father will be happy with us.

I also see you are from Ghana, I am from Nigeria.

Hey @Kop - good job on getting yourself here.

I am very familiar with the kind of feelings that come screaming through your words. This addiction is tough - actually, when I was at my worst, this addiction was a (barely) living hell that felt like it really might kill me at some point. No joke. No exaggeration. It's an awful thing.

In my experience, there really is no such thing as a quick fix for this. Any addiction is a complicated and multi-headed beast, and this one is certainly no exception. There is typically a lot going on underneath our acting out. For this reason, I really encourage you to take a long-term view of getting healthy. Perhaps even a lifelong view.

This said, this lifelong view begins today and there are a few very simple things you can do right now in order to get healthy. In no particular order, consider the following:
    • Come here every day for at least fifteen minutes. Spend this time exploring, reading and writing. You might even start a personal journal for the writing bit. But come here every day.
    • Make a list of ten things you can do instead of acting out. Go for a run. Call a friend. Get outside. This sort of thing. Make the list and put it a hard copy somewhere very accessible. The next time the urge to act out comes up, pick one of these and do it. If the urges are still there, pick another until the urges pass.
    • Make a list of the things that make you want to act out. Feeling lonely late at night. Looking at social media. Being under pressure, etc... See what you can do to alter these situations so you don't act out. For instance, if laying in bed makes you want to look at porn put your phone in another room at night time.
    • Ask yourself why you want to stop this addiction - get very, very clear in your motivation and review this every morning.
    • Eat well. Hydrate. Get enough sleep. Exercise.
    • Don't expect perfection. Remember the long-view. Keep at it...
    For what it's worth...

You need a solid resolve. Train your mind to convince yourself you that p and m are no longer a problem in your life because your never going to do it again. Easier said than done right? But I've been on and off this train a zillion time and this is the way I've managed to be 17 days free of pmo and i feel like its a take it day by day thing then eventually the urges stop and it gets easier and easier. Good luck man!
