My name is Matt and I’m 36 years old. I’m so glad I discovered this site. I’m currently in a few struggle with lust. Here’s my brief story...

Since I was a teenager I feel like all I can think about is wanting to have sex. I was habitually watch porn every day, i would sleep with any girl in sight, I’ve been with more women than I care to admit, and I check out every girl I see.

I got married last year and vowed I would never look at porn again. I was going great until recently and got drunk and watch porn. I feel so guilty. Because of this I have done a lot of reflection the past couple weeks. Even though I went months without watching porn, I was lying to myself because I would scroll through Instagram and masturbate to models on there thinking “it wasn’t the same”. Now that I’ve admitted to myself that I have a problem, I am committed to stop all forms of lust.

The one habit I can’t seem to break is that I’m still constantly checking out women. Every female I see, I catch myself having sexual thoughts.

I love my wife and she does not know anything about this and I must stop this behavior before it gets out of control.

Any tips and advice is appreciated. Thanks!
