severe withdrawal all day

    I have my exams and I can't focus. I want to quit so bad and I have made the porn is not an option mindset decision.
    It was really tough to keep focused or even me away from relapsing today. But I did it. I somehow managed it. When will the fucking withdrawal end!!

    It just keeps on fluctuating but with time, it gets easier to handle, I had a severe withdrawal today.

    I think withdrawal ends when you find more satisfying things to fill your life. That may be tough to do when you are studying for exams, not exactly a fun time. Perhaps find a reward once you finish studying and that will keep the withdrawal to a minimum.

    I used porn to distract me from things I didn't want to do, porn was always more fun than work, etc. However it becomes addictive and all I was doing was running from life.

    I think I'm having withdrawal too. I cant focus in anything, It's hard to do a simple task, because I have no concentration, and I am very depressed for no logical reason. We are in the same boat mate, just don't give up.

    I promise, all the symptoms will go away my man. Keep going, the worst will happen probably within the first week or 2, then things will start to smooth out. Your focus will improve, and it will be better than it was before dude. let your brain recover. It will be uncomfortable and maybe will interfere with your life a tiny bit for a few days, But it will all go away soon man.
