Old scenes/images

    Hi folks,

    I seem to find that the result of my relapses always stems from scenes or images which I have particularly enjoyed over the years, almost a library so to speak. I don't tend to search for new porn or anything more hardcore for example. Occasionally I'll try and find something to add though.

    I'd be chilling with no real urge and then out of nowhere a vivid scene pops up in my head and I would get an overhelming rush to watch and normally give in and end up jacking off. Otherwise if I stay strong, it's like an itch for a day or two, until it goes away. Then it normally gets replaced with a different image or scene later on and typically the feeling of irritation continues.

    Can anyone else relate to this?

    I get where youre coming from man, there was always a few scenes and stars that got me good, but to be honest they were all during times when i was more addicted. When i used porn recreationally then i cant remember or fantasize over much at all. Time heals all bro. Just commit and tire yourself out stupid with work and exercise, eat good and get lots of sleep. If you relapse, don't beat yourself up about it.

    Yeah definitely and it can bug me for a few days. It's very annoying.

    Hopefully these images will become faded and forgotten as time passes and reduce the urges in future.

    Maaan im right there with you. Specially when it comes to certain girls in the industry. You just gotta block all of that shit on your phone and computer and dont go looking for it.
