Hi everyone. English is not my mother language so I am sorry if I make mistakes.

I am a college student at age 22. I have been using porn since I was 10 or so. Porn was not a problem for me, I had a good life and good social relations. Until I got into collage, I masturbated 3 times a week. I was afraid to do it more often because of religious issues. (I was Muslim, now I am atheist)

Porn wasn't effecting me but when I got into the collage, I became atheist and masturbated more often to porn. Now I am masturbating twice a day. It does not give me any pleasure but it is kind of a habit for me. I feel like there is a fog in my mind. I can't think strait or deeply as I did in the past. I really can't concentrate, I mean really can't. My concentration span is like 10 seconds. I feel like a moron most of the time.

I was a very successful student before I met with internet porn. Now, I failed 1 year at collage.

Regular porn does not help me to ejaculate anymore. I am addicted to anal porns and hentai.

When I think of myself I feel like I am about to cry because I can see that my life fades away. I feel miserable. I am out of motivation. This is why I came here, I am seeking for a motivation to keep me strong during my nofap experience.

Thank you all for every support of yours.

Welcome! I'd really recommend searching for "brain fog" on here - it's a fairly well known symptom - the best way to deal with it (IMO) is to dump the PMO, it's not an easy thing to do, but you will see some benefits. Also well worth starting a journal thread, there's a really encouraging community here, and people spend loads of time cheering each other on, and offering advice etc. It also helps to see how far you've come.

    Good Luck!

  3. Welcome! To add to the already good advice you've got about starting your journal, I'd say also read the Success Stories- this may help you get motivated. Seeing that others struggle and succeed can help you get motivated. Also it is good you are starting at 22. Better fix this now than later.

If you quit PMO (all three together) for a decent period of time you will see remarkable improvements in many areas of your life. It is hard to believe how beneficial this is until you do it. Good luck!

Thank you very much guys. I will start my own journal right now. It has been 3 days for now. I believe I can do it.
