    My brain is addict. It's like a drug addict when you need a new dopamine dose. I understand that P makes me more sensitive. When I saw a beautiful girl, I just only think about sex. There are so many bad thoughts in my head. I don't know how to get out of this circle of relapses.
    The P have the same amount of dopamine like cocaine. It is really scary. The P makes you non human creature. I heard somewhere that murderers have watched P before they started a crime.

    What thoughts do you have guys?

    A lot of people struggle with porn addiction. There is nothing to be worry about, but a lot to do!

    Yup, I do agree. Just keep going with no porn watching and your brain is going to rewire itself. It is hard - I know. Avoid your triggers. Avoid having any electronics in bedroom. Avoid being by yourself as much as possible. Find new hobbies, learn new stuff. You can do it.
