Slavoj Žižek v. Jordan Peterson

Interesting post. Personally, I watch his videos because of the advice he provides for young men such as his advice for people who want to quit porn.

The other stuff Peterson talks about I either don't agree with or it's just too much to try and understand or doesn't change anything.

I gather he's a trained psychologist and former lecturer so I can see why he loves talking and knows how he wants to respond to every question thrown at him. I can also see he is some sort of celebrity 'guru' speaker who knows how to generate lots of money just by repeating what he says in as many countries as possible.

The 12 rules thing is questionable and not exactly groundbreaking.

But like I say I can take positives from what he says or reminders we all kind of already know on how to become a better man.

Other than that, just an attention seeking money maker like the rest of them. Hardly any effort goes into what they say because they open their mouth and it's all on autopilot for hours.
