It depends on what your goals are, I think.

If you said it was PM, then I think it's ok.

But the thing is, in my opinion, why porn addiction does is that 1) it objectifies women and 2) it develops unhealthy sexual expectations and desires.

So by seeing a prostitute, maybe a good question to ask yourself is whether it is a tool against PM (since O is not part of your goals), or (if you agree with the above) that seeing prostitutes is a manifestation of the addiction into another form.

Thanks for being honest about what you are going through. You are very brave to be open and transparent about what you have been doing and it is very inspiring.

To me, I was under the impression that the whole point of NoFap is to minimise and defeat the negative influence of PMO has over our lives. To regain control of our lives so that we can live it according to our own authenticity.

If you think prostitution does not go against your principles, then I think it's ok. But when you said if you don't use prostitution, it will lead to porn and masterbation , I think the question to think is whether you use prostitution as treat or as a necessity.

Some ppl have a drink of wine over dinner to add to their enjoyment, whereas some ppl need to have alcohol because they are dependant on it and would not function properly without it.

I think if you can find out whether prostitution comes from a place of delight /treat or as a necessity to function may be a good place to start. And whether it goes against your principles is also very important.

Most of the time these things don't answer themselves overnight, that's why everyone here is also on a path of personal discovery.

And because of that, it makes the journey all the more worthwhile.
