I am grateful for the concept of vacations.
I am grateful for the weather.
I am grateful for the internet.

 

Day 34

1. I'm grateful that the internet exists.
2. I'm grateful that even though my loved ones are far away I can stay in touch, video call them and see them.
3. I'm grateful that I'm free and truly single again.

 

I am grateful for safe air travel.
I am grateful for national geographic.
I am grateful for family.

 

Day 35

1. I'm grateful that I have air conditioning.
2. I'm grateful that I have a good pc.
3. I'm grateful that I've a good phone.

 

I am grateful for the internet. For all the bad, there is definitely a lot of good too.
I am grateful for the sleep I had. Slept 12 hrs since I was so exhausted and I needed every minute of it.
I am grateful for self-reflection. I did some today, just kind of happened and it cleared up some things. I would like to do more consistently.

 

Day 36

1. I'm grateful that I learned to play the harmonica.
2. I'm grateful that my room is getting the clean upup it deserves.
3. I'm grateful that I found a new show to watch and enjoy.

 

1. I'm grateful for this present moment. This present moment is all there is.
2. I'm grateful for my holiday. My holiday was amazing with my family.
3. I'm grateful for my flight seat. On my way to my holiday, we got allocated different seats. At first it was seemed bad but my seat was in the front row and had leg space.
4. I'm grateful for today's weather. Today's weather was amazing, blue, sunny sky.
5. I'm grateful for another holiday. I go Italy and get to experience new culture.
6. I'm grateful for water. Today I took time to be aware of having water whenever I want.

 

I am grateful for the fighters who come here day after day and focus on their recovery.
I am grateful for patient people who help half the amount of conflict we have on our planet.
I am grateful for the weather!

 

1. I'm grateful for the present moment. This present moment is all there is.
2. I'm grateful for the cashier. Yesterday, I bought a large drink but the cashier charged for normal price.
3. I'm grateful for the weather. The weather has been beautiful last couple of days.
4. I'm grateful for cleaning out the garage. The garage was filled with unnecessary stuff and now it looks clean. A metaphor for life, remove and empty garbage thoughts.
5. I'm grateful for the way of the superior man. This book I'm listening to, enlightening me on the polar energy.
6. I'm grateful for Russell Brand. He was recently on Joe Rogan's podcast and his talk was very interesting.

 

I am grateful for Mother Nature and her bounty.
I am grateful for NoFap.
I am grateful for friends! Especially those that buy you beers .

 

I am grateful for the wonderful weather.
I am grateful for learning a different experience.
I am grateful for my boss. He is very helpful and is always willing to accommodate. He is a good dude.

3. I'm grateful for spending my time with my friends. Yesterday, we spent time in town and in gym.

I am grateful for the rain. It was a good change of pace to the recent days.
I am grateful for the extra energy I have since I didn't have to exert myself at work much. I feel better because of it.
I am grateful for the delicious food my mom makes. I pray and hope I can make food atleast half as good as that once I give myself the time and put in the effort.

1. I'm grateful for the Grand tour.
2. I'm grateful that I got tickets to the Avengers movie.
3. I'm grateful that I have Spotify premium.

 

Day 3.. I am Grateful for..
1) Friends
2) The current time I am able to spend with myself
3) All the fun and excitement

 

I am grateful for the time I spend with my uncle. We had good times and hopefully he enjoyed it.
I am grateful I have a car to take to and from work. It is very convenient and something we take for granted.
I am grateful for manga. I'm also finished up with one series which me makes me very excited so I can start another series to replace it. I'm amped!

 

I'm grateful for songs that helps me throughout the day.
I'm grateful for everything that god have done for me.

 

Day 38

2. I'm grateful that I'm feeling like a part of my class.
3. I'm grateful that I discovered the joy of wet shaving.
