    Hey guys, i have been abstaining from PMO for more than 5 weeks but i fear a relapse even though i took new steps in my life but i still feel like i've not build that nofap character that would substain. I had left social media and was really turning my back to anything that would make me feel like fapping but i don't have that self-protection.

    thanks and you too don't go hard after yourself after a relapse just keep moving forward it's a day to day process.
