    Hey Guys,

    I've been doing nofap on and off for the last 18 months many streaks of 3 weeks and kept failing. I only ever succeed at my goals when I make them public ( I guess not to fail in front of everyone) I bit the bullet anyway and I created a youtube channel where I'm not documenting my nofap journey and I am certain I will never relapse again. I would like any feedback from you guys, bot begging for subs or anything, I don't care about all that, I really want to hear what the community has to say.

    Best of Luck with it, I am in a similar position myself streakwise I can do between 14 and 21 days and then I relapse.

    Yeah, same here, 14 days is easy but then it gets harder to persist. Maybe one challenge at a time: 14 -> 21 -> 30 -> 45 -> 60 -> 90 (-> ad infinitum ;)), and after each milestone remember to be proud of what you’ve achieved.
