Day 1
Geez it's been so long doing the same stuff that just feels hard not to folowf the same habit. Usually I wake up one of the first things I do is check daring apps/porn to get me off. I can usually edge ore hours so in a Saturday that's could mean my whole morning wabking. Today I woke up, fight the urge to to the same, left my cellphone charging and went outside for an hour's or so. Was a hard day as well, not to check the dating apps is like not doing something I'm supposed to.

Day 3/3 begins now

 

I keep resetting! But each day I begin again. As soon as I get to three, I will say goodbye and head over to the
7 Day Challenge! I keep reading. I keep coming here. I keep going. Lots of great support here and more and more great books and articles I am finding. There is reason for great hope and optimism.

 

Failed. Started again. Day 1. Let s do this to the end!
