You’ll get there just keep going. Yes they are symptoms of withdrawal and your body trying to adjust back to normal. It’s called the flatline period, you go into a physical coma where you feel nothing but anger and depression then you slowly come out of it. Take some meds if need be they can help. Some cbd might be good or some St. John’s wort. You might get a few flatline. You can YouTube nofap and flatline you’ll get a good insight! I’m here to help. Hope you’re well

  4. How did got cope with the urges when you first stopped? Do you have sufficient coping techniques?

Im sure you feel anxious, because this is new territory for you. But don't forget, you are a pioneer into a new life. Things will be strange and different.

You are leading the charge, and you are taking the shots. That's good. Hang in there, you're almost out of the hole!

Watch The Dark Knight Rises for some inspiration.

Your brain is just panicking because it dosent have porn keep on going and be strong and in case you want to relapse just remember to run away go somewhere far away as possible from you devices.. also for the night sweats I think you should go to the doctor because I had some too and it had to die with a virus I had

There is always hope! Remember, the brain is basically rewiring. It’s trying to reset back to as if it didn’t watch porn. So you get withdrawal symptoms. That’s why porn is called a drug. Because it mimics withdrawal from drug addiction. If you stay active you should be able to fight the flatline depending on your sensitivity. By walking each morning and healthy eating things like salmon fish and peeled fruit, peeled fruit meaning taking the skin off and putting it into a blender, your brain will be healthy and hopefully it will make the flatline easier to cope with. You have to push yourself. Flatline will give you depression so best to avoid staying at home. I was on Day 120 when I started going crazy. I’m now on Day 383. I’ve had a few flatlines since I was locked up on a psyche ward at day 140-150. The flatline that comes after your first gets shorter n shorter. A good book to understand the rewiring and addiction would be Gary Wilson your brain on porn. Or YouTube. Stay strong bro. You’re nearly there.

See your doctor for a check in. These symptoms are not insignificant and it may or may not be accurate to put these down solely to your withdrawal.

Are you dealing with anything else particularly challenging mentally or professionally at the moment?

    hello brother ,

Im so confused brother because 6 years ago i decided to stop PMO and after 22 days of abstaining from PMO i start having HOCD thoughts so i went to doctor he diagnosed me with OCD , and gave me antidepressent , things i felt better ,
and i start PMOing again even more then befor , day after days OCD got worse ,

so after i recognized NOFAP and withrawals i understood that 6 years ago those OCD thoughts might be only withrawals from abstaining from PMO .

today after 160 days of reboot ocd got worse anxiety on the roof depression .. etc,

im waiting for the light at the end of the tunnel and i understand that i need more time , because i was a heavy PMOer , 10 years addiction and 3 or more time per day .

    thnks for you help brother
