Many benefits of No PMO -- it is not easy -- need to be willing to extend some effort to be Successful.

#1 Tip = make a LIST OF OPTIONS (or whatever you want to call it) that you will Do
whenever temped.
Then pick one of the Options and Do it.
It is that easy.

Sample List: 1) Go Outside 2)Call or email or visit a friend 3)Go walk a dog … or a friends dog/horse/llama/etc.
4) Do your favorite Hobby 5) Listen & Dance to your Favorite [motivational, encouraging] tunes -- gets rid of energy & tension 6)Exercise, go for a walk, or go to the gym 7)Go to the shopping mall and talk with women 8) Go to the store and buy yourself a treat or reward for your good behavior/discipline;[ do the same thing Weekly but a bigger gift to commemorate (mark) 1 week.. 2 weeks.... 3 weeks....] 9) add your own tips, etc.

100 Days from now...…… you ……….. and any person can have 100 Days of Success.
(Best to break it down into weekly, more manageable, goals.)
