How Much More?

The one common idea that I've always had after a pornography session(which always leads to masterbation), is that "I've given another bit of myself away". I can't help but think of how far away I've wandered from the person I could've been, considering all these years that I've yielded over to lust and sexual pleasures. The guilt, the shame, and for the longest time up until right now, the inability to speak about it all openly without being judged;not that I can blame folk for doing so.
I know without a doubt that my actions are causing me to form a very toxic definition of what "sex" is. Encouraging the thought process of viewing women as sexual objects, stripping away the person and considering only the function. I'm still a virgin and only know I realize that that's for the best, because with my lack of sexual understanding, I can only imagine how much more caught up in sexual addiction I mightve been.
