i came to know about nofap while surfing on internet one day. i never thought there will be any forum regarding such type of truely motivational and real peoples who have helped me achieve my biggest achievment i think so far is the 90 days of no porn masturbation or orgasm. words are just flowing of mind for the first time i am so happy.
i may not be able to give you a full day to day details of my journey in my first post but one thing i can surely tell is that this was something i will feel proud about whenever i feel back down in my life.
From childhood i am a dreamer. i dream a lot of big stuffs. till eighth standard i was just the same.
and back before my nofap journey i was so confused and in fogg that how i became an average guy. who dont get interested in anything for more than one or two hours. i always had that kind of burden on myself whenever i try to feel happy.
i was still a popular guy. but upto some extent i felt like i am not worth of this popularity.or they really dont feel about me like that from inside of them.
i never tried quitting masturbation.neither i know what is dopamine.
but one thing i knew was the habit of masturbation is affecting me somehow.
SO, how it all started?
one day i went out for movie with some of my friends.it was a story of a famouse actor who used to be a drug addict.somewhere watching the movie i got so relate to the character that i see myself in him.
i came home with the tons of thoughts in my mind.i was crying in alone and thought why i choose to masturbate?
there comes a scene in the movie where his mother the person he loves the most is lying in bed in the hospital and the guy is sit besides her.talk with her for sometimes.when she felt like sleeping his urge to take drugs increases he went out of her room come outside and take it.suddenly his mother got a stroke and he becomes so powerless that he can see it all but cant do anything.she lost.all because of what? the adiction.
this thought hit me so hard that i thought i will get over my this bad habit anyhow. i start crawling the internet i got some stuff but it was not that motivational enough to convince me that the habit i have been carring with myself for about 11 years is bad for me.
so one day with the same feeling i was checking out for some information and i came to know about this website.i started reading some posts over here. i got exactly what i was searching for.i see so many real talks.i felt overwelmed. NOFAP is surely the GURU.
then from here my real journey starts.
i wont share it cause i want you to create your own.
BUT IS THE NOFAP REAL OR MYTH?
it for sure 100% REAL my friend.
i bet you.you will see the best version of you that you have never met before.you will get that respect in the eyes of people which you are searching from a long time.which you know cant be buy.
i would like to share some of the benefits i have encountered through out my journey
-ENERGY. IT IS ON ANOTHER LEVEL.
-BRAIN. OPEN FOR THE REST OF THE DAY[BRAINFOGG DEFINETLY WANISHED]
-I CAN LOOK DEAD INTO EYES OF ANYBODY
-I CAN TALK IN BETWEEN 200 FULLY ARMED BODYBUILDERS WITHOUT A FEAR
-MY WALK.YOU MUST SEE IT.YOU WILL SEE THE INVISIBLE CROWN SHINING ON MY HEAD WHEN I WILL BE COMING TO YOU DESTROYING ALL THE EVILS OUT OF MY WAY WITH THE MOVEMENTS OF MY HAND AND LEGS.
-I SIT IN MY HATERS WITHOUT ANYONE AND CUT THEIR SHIT TALKS WITH THE SWO//RD OF MY WORDS RIGHT FROM THE MIDDLE.
-I LAUGH .YES. I LAUGH VERY LOUDLY
-I CREATE WEIRD NOISES WHEN I FEEL LIKE SHIT.I DONT GIVE A F*CK.
-GIRLS.I STARTED SEEING THEIR FACE.[YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN ]
-MY GRADES ARE IMPROVED. I STUDY WELL
-MY SKIN HAS SOME KIND OF LIGHTNING EFFECT
-MY EYES ARE MORE BRIGHTER.IT HAS SOME SPARK IN THEM.
i would also like to share some of the miracles which happened with me:
- MY Ex. out of the blues texted me.(massage UNREAD from 20 days)
-I Got a number of the girl (10/10) i used to be friends on social network from years. we talked but she negleted me 3 times when i ask for her number before. now i know why.and guess what? i have partenered her in a business.keeping things formal here.
-some physical interaction with 2 of my classmates. one is really crazy. she keeps giving me hints for bang bang. and i act like i dont get you sorry.haha.
-another 10/10 of my class i had a long talk of about 2 hrs with her about life.and she is not over of that since then she hit on me hard looks extremly dead to me and i also look right into her pupils.
-one 9/10.we where on a tour past days. i was eating icecreame i bought two for my friends also girls obviously.out of the blues again she came to me and was like you eat the rest and give the chocolaty part. i do so. she was eating my leftover icecreame. and was giving me that look.
at last i would like to share my routuine:
I WOKE UP at 5:00 AM . [its my 49th day]
I READ SOME OF THE SELF HELP BOOKS
I MEDITATE
I AFFIRAMTE
I VISUALISE
I EXERSISE
I WRITE MY FEELINGS EVERYDAY
I GO FOR WALK
I RUN SOMETIMES
TAKE COLD SHOWERS
I DONT WATCH TELEVISION
I WATCH MOVIES HISTORY/BIOGRAPHYS OF FAMOUSE PEOPLES
I AM LEARNING BREATHING TECHNIQUES.

yes there were plenty since i havent experienced the behavioural change from so long when i was fapping. so at first it gets little hard for you to accept the changes your body is making. blue balls mood swings and the flatline.overcome this three demons and you will be the conqueror.after that everything will be on flow state. good luck to you.
