Hey everyone, finally biting the bullet and signing up

I'm 22 years old and I've been masturbating since way before puberty. I would do it as a small child to the point of dry orgasm for years before hitting puberty at the age of 10. Often times I'd simply masturbate under a cover/blanket in the living room secretly while the family is around not paying attention. As I grew older I started becoming more private to the point of finding my Mom's porn stash and stealing movies while noone was home and watching them late at night silently. or atleast turned way down. I'd say around 11 or 12 I was doing this. I lost my virginity at age 13 and it was somewhat disappointing. I met the girl at skate country the same night We took her home to my Uncle's place. I cried the next morning on a bible no less.. haha It's really not funny but I still laugh about it all.

I didn't start limiting myself until around age 16 or 17 and I really haven't been limiting very well in all honesty. Just trying to find some peace through all the noise. I've known about NoFap for a few years and I didn't beleive I needed to start an account until today. I've tried several several several times again and again to just quit and always with more or less success end up coming back to the conclusion of day 0. I really hope some people supporting me and letting me support them/you will be the key to unlock this challenging doorway for me.

I know life can be better than with porn and constant sexual thoughts. The whole idea of the limbic system needing guidance really sticks with me. My whole life I've watched and observed the effects of a lack in control on the part of myself and most people surrounding me. Seen the negative effects resulting and still only barely rising above it temporarily without much of anyone to understand or expect to care.

If you care about my story thanks, I care about it some too just trying to continue writing it with a more firm grip if it's possible. I'm tired of seeing the world spin out of control around me with my mind in a fog. Thanks to whoever reads this and even more thanks to anyone who will reply. I hope this is an okay introduction.
