Hi Friends, I am a PMO addict and have damaged my health very badly due to it. I am just 28 years old and looking to start my love life searching for a girl. I have hormonal imbalance issues which caused testosterone to do down, I have depression, anxiety and loneliness since I am raised by single parent without any siblings, I have sever muscle loss in the upper body due to hormone issues and lost so much weight and look so thin, my cheeks are hollow and I have sunken eyes, I have left varicocele, urinary track infection like post void dribble (probably due to weak pelvic floor muscles) I have gone bald to almost grade 5 at this age itself (should I undergo hair transplant or shave it off and focus on body building?). I think girls put more importance on looks? Only now I regret doing this bad habit. How do I recover from all this crap and get back my beautiful body with its all old glory, chubby cheeks, good muscles and look like an alpha male. I am very sure of not doing any further PMO. So there won't be any relapse for sure. Its been a week since I did it. However, nocturnal emissions occurred quite frequently like one in couple of days. How do I control it? Someone please be my accountability partner and guide me in this journey. I am desperately in need of support. I lost my confidence in talking with girls. I approached a girl and proposed, but she rejected and mentioned already she fell in love with another nice looking guy. How do I recover my life from this shit? I am ready to give all my effort to become old of me. Please help me.

I’m in a similar situation, bilateral varicocele, low testosterone, enlarged prostate so now I have to pee all the time. And I have digestive issues as well. I have been on nofap for 3 weeks now, I’ve been eating super healthy, I’ve taken up swimming for exercise because it’s the best type of exercise you can do for varicocele. So far small improvements but with grade 3 varicocele it takes a while to heal (a few months) I’m just trying to stay positive and disciplined to get through it and finally have my old self back. You should check out natural varicocele healing website, you don’t need to buy the guide since he already has so many tips on there. I bought an inversion table which allows the blood to drain out of the varicocele, I take 50 deep breathes and repeat that 3 times day. It takes a lot of effort to heal this thing but it’s so worth it because the only other option is a life of misery and pain.

Hello guys, could you please explain me how have varicocele affected your lives? I am 22 yo and have a single left testicle since I lost my right one in a sport accident when I was 16, it havent affected me at all but some months ago it was diagnosed with varicocele and doctor told me that I can take the surgery or not and I would affect me further than killing my spermatozoids and I didnt care too much about it since not having child is a taken decision. I would appreciate so much your suggestions! Thank you very much

I have heard good and bad things about the surgery, I’m not sure what to suggest in that regard. What I can tell you is how the varicocele will affect you if it gets worse. Eventually it gets to the point where your testicle starts to atrophy, at this point your sperm production and testosterone have definitely gone down. It becomes uncomfortable to sit and lie down once certain positions and you’re testicles become soft and very sensitive. The vein swelling can spread to your stomach and hip flexors. It can cause bph which is when your prostate becomes larger that comes with a bunch of symptoms of its own. The low testosterone is the worst part though, it can lead to muscle weakness, osteoporosis, low energy, lower confidence, and higher injury rates. There is a way to naturally prevent it from getting worse or possibly even cure it, I’m on the road to trying to cure mine, if that fails I will have to take TRT and I’m only 20. The path to natural healing includes lifestyle and diet changes. Absolutely no junk food, exercise daily, specifically swimming. Inversions 3x a day 50 deep breathes each time. Daily stretching of the legs and abdomen, make sure to drink Plently of water and I’m on a whole slew of health supplements. Turmeric, fish oil, vitamin d3, probiotic, biotin, collagen powder, multivitamin, zinc, ashwaganda, butchers broom, horse chestnut extract, coq10 antioxidant. Eat plently of fruits and vegetables especially ones high in antioxidants. Stay away from any fried or processed foods. Improve posture when sitting and standing because poor posture will inhibit the veins from flowing correctly. The veins swelling up causes the testicles to overheat which damages the testicle so you need to make sure to keep them cool. There’s a special kind of underwear that separates the penis from the testicles and supports the testicles to prevent stress on the swollen veins. Jamming them together in one pouch will cause the testicles to overheat. Take cool showers and run the cool water over your testicles, not too cold tho. Avoid hot showers, hot tubs, and saunas. Always take a cool shower after exercising, and before if you can. Avoid super heavy weights, lifting very heavy weights puts stress on the abdomen and will trap blood preventing it from flowing back to the heart, do high reps on exercises instead. I recommend swimming because it allows your body to stay in a horizontal position while pumping blood through the body and cooling the testicles at the same time. I would avoid running because it will put stress on the testicles and cause blood to pool down into the testicles after each step, biking will put pressure on the prostate and affect blood flow so I would avoid that too. I haven’t tried those myself because I’m afraid it will make things worse but I could be wrong about it being bad. I learned most of this info on natural a natural varicocele healing website and I’ve personally tested it all besides the running and biking because I don’t want to even risk making my varicocele worse. So far the most effective thing for me has been inversion, and swimming, although eating healthy is not optional it won’t cure the varicocele on its own, you have to exercise and do inversions. I think the underwear is pretty important too, my testicles stay cool now and before I got them they were always hot.

Best is to first work on yourself before looking to get a gf. Not only focus on not fapping but also the whole life-package.

If you do things right, you will feel waaaay better and you will be able to easily attract women.
If you build your overal lifestyle and life to the best of your ability, lots of women will want to enter your castle. Their instinct is built for that

I testosterone123, glad to have you onboard. I am sorry for your damages. We will work together and recover our bodies and mind. It really has damaged my emotional stability and pulled me into depression terribly. I feel so bad to reach out to talking with girls. Especially since I have lost so much weight, have sunken cheeks, mood swings with depression, gone bald etc. But for good, I have started my recovery journey. I hope this is not too late. If you don't mind, can you PM me your Facebook contact so that we can be of great support?

Hi Rick_710, good to know that you are open to support us all. Yes, we can have a group and motivate our-self in this good deed. Which country are you from? BTW, I don't understand what is a 'wpp group'.

I cant quite tell if it's varicocele or just lose skin! Is there a reliable way of telling?

I certainly have varicocele vein on the back of my leg, though.

Feel the area above your testicles, if it’s a varicocele it will feel like a “bag of worms” but that’s usually only if it’s grade 2 or 3. Grade 1 varicocele is only palpable when you inhale a deep breathe and tighten your core. Just feel around the scrotum and check for swollen veins. Also if you have a varicose vein on the back of your leg it wouldn’t be considered a varicocele because a varicocele is the term used to describe swollen veins in the scrotum and not on the legs. Chances are if you have varicose veins on your legs you might have them in your testicles too. Typical when a man has a varicocele his testicles will hang Lower which gives the appearance of loose skin. I’d do a self examination or get it checked out by a doctor if you think you have one, the sooner you find out the sooner you can take preventative measures to ensure it doesn’t get worse. This is a serious thing, it’s consumed my life, it’s the first thing I think about when I wake up and the last thing I think about before I go to bed. My entire life is now about trying to fix this problem, if only I knew sooner then it wouldn’t be as bad is it is today.

Hi, what grade of varicocele do you have? You have bilatersl varicocele right? I've heard people telling there are natural ways to cure it since surgery is not advisable. Do you have any experience with it? I think office stress is a severe damage for people will varicocele. That is what I have experienced.

Grade 3 on both sides is what it used to be, swollen veins in my abdomen, prostate, and hip flexors. So far my bph has gotten better and my prostate veins are only swollen some of the time, my actual varicocele on both sides has gotten better, most of the time it’s only grade 2 which means I can feel the swollen veins through the scrotum, but sometimes it’s even grade one and I can’t feel any swelling in there. It fluctuates, if I do something to aggravate it then it sometimes is visible through the scrotum which is grade 3. I think it’s healing though. I’m hopeful. The veins in my hip flexors and abdomen have not gotten better for some reason, I notice after swimming my veins in my hip flexors aren’t as swollen. I think high reps/ cardio really helps to pump the blood out of the there and heal those veins, light abdomen work as well, I either do lying leg lifts for 3 sets of 30 or I’ll do hanging leg lifts, this works the hip flexors and the abdomen. I think after a while this will heal but it takes consistent dieting, exercise, and avoiding th risk factors of stress, heat, unhealthy foods, and impropure posture. The underwear has seriously helped as well to support my testicles and allow them to stay cool.

Anyone on here heard of lactobacillus reuteri atcc 6475? It’s a bacteria strain that they fed to mice over a 5 month period of time, they gave it to old mice with testicular atrophy and the mice’s testicles grew a bunch after a few months! These mice had increased testosterone and showed dominant traits. This is amazing because one of the side effects of varicocele is testicle atrophy and low testosterone, since my varicocele is slowly going away i figure now they’ll start to heal and grow back to normal size again, and with the help of this bacteria I might be able to get my testosterone levels higher than they’ve ever been. This bacteria strain has so many other benefits as well, it’ll take too long to list them all here but I’ll post a link at the end of this message. There’s only one company that sells the correct strain which is lactobacillus reuteri atcc 6475, other companies sell different lactobacillus reuteri strains but they don’t have the same benefits. The company is called bio Gaia, unfortunately they only sell it in 100 million cfu tablets, this May seem like a lot but it’s way too low to get the benefits were looking for, the good news is that you can crush up the tablets and make yogurt with it! This multiplies the bacteria from 100 million cfu to 5 trillion cfu after 36 hours of fermentation. Eat half a cup of this yogurt every day for 5 months and you’re testicles will supposedly grow like the mice’s did, I assume that hypertrophy of the testicles will actually take place before the 5 month mark but I’m yet to try it. I just got a yogurt maker and ordered the tablets along with the other ingredients, I’ll keep you guys updated and share any information I can about how to make this yogurt, I’ll let you guys know if this yogurt is worth it or not. If it works I think this can help millions of men suffering with hypogonadism.

For some reason nofap.com won’t let me post the links to the mice study or the wheatbelly blog which gives the instructions on how to make the yogurt as well as listing the benefits. They’re pretty easy to find just type in “lactobacillus reuteri atcc 6475 testosterone” and the mice study will come up, to find the blog with the instructions on yogurt making just type in “wheat belly blog lactobacillus reuteri yogurt”

    Hi,

I understand the atrophy issue and low t because I also faced it. But let me tell you one this. You can fix the testicles and t-levels of you take zinc supplement, vitamin d and ashwagandha. And also we need to be stress free and happy, which might not happen immediately since low t causes depression and lethargy and it causes mood swings to us. As I told, I was down to 400ng/dl and successfully pulled it back to 580 ng/dl in just 6 months following above mentioned method, important thing to note is Abstenince. But unfortunately again last year I got into sever stress and inturn I got into sever PMO and depression and now I'm again into testicle attrophy, extreme fatigue, severe muscle loss, grade 5 baldness, thin wrists etc. But I have decided to quit this PMO crap once for all and started my journey this May 1. After one week, unfortunately yesterday I had a nocturnal emission which I think is a relapse in my journey. I think this emission must have been cause since I took more dosage than normal amount of ashwagandha. It is highly potent and increased dosage before bed causes nocturnal emission sometimes which ompacts us negatively. So hereafter I will take less amount. I have also started hitting the gym for the past one week though I loose energy immediately after couple of reps and exercises, I hope in next 3 months I should be able to gain some strength and build some muscle mass ans become bulky instead of very bony as I look now.

Directly I hit the flatline immediately after I started my journey a week ago. Just to test whether I'm still good, I watched some explicit pictures couple of days back and I was able to become hard. But I think that it was also a relapse and I should not have done that. Again from today I'm going to follow everything as usual. We will follow this together for next 3 months of complete Abstenince including no nocturnal emossion to start enjoying the real benefits. Let us do this together. Tomorrow I am going to get a testosterone reading to start with and again after 3-4 months of proper journey as mentioned above, I will again get a testosterone reading.

Today I relapsed. Though I did not masturbate. I stimulated my penis for porn and had pre-ejaculate. Suddenly changed my mind and closed everything. Glad I didn't ejaculate. Though I worry that during the night these memories might come and give wet dreams. So bad that I relapsed today though it was just 'Porn' and not masturbation and ejaculation.
