    Nofap isnt for me anymore.
    I signed up on this website at 7/11/2017
    Its likely a year and a half (1.5) ago
    And i still binge on porn. Every time i reach a high streak like 14 days or 15 i just relapse and end up on a relapse cycle or get back to the addiction.
    (Even my fetishes are getting worse now!)
    Im not feeling very well i just need help
    Every time i see a chick wearing short clothes i just give up and i cant look away.
    And i end up relapsing.

    Its almost 2 years and i didnt succeded please any motivation or advice. Im really tired of it

    Hey,
    Know your reasons, why are you doing NoFap in the first place if you don't know why then start thinking about it.

    Once you know your reasons, Take the DECISION to CHANGE and to do everything to make that happen.

    I think hes made the decision but he feels helpless.

    Ive been on nofap since 2012. I have relapsed many many times. However, I have learned that porn will always make me feel bad. I will continue to work on myself and so should you.

    Short clothes get me too, but I know it will make me feel bad if I watch it.

    I have been relapsing since the last 10 years man. I've had streaks here and there. My best streak is 160 days which ended 3 weeks ago. I never though I'd make it to 90 days but i did.


    Don't loose hope, man. without it, we are nothing.
