    after 25 days i am feeling so horny my aim to be efficient in my studies. Should I continue without ms. or should I.
    I thin that after some time later I will become more focused and less distraction towards sex so please help me and please be practical those tries it practical only those give the answer. I don't need any answer from those have just read some books and add Dr. in their name.
    please be practical.
    My financial position is not strong and I really want to change this..

    How do u do it dude , i am currently in 13 th day of NoFap and i just watched porn for an hour with little bit of edging but i didnt fap or lose my semen , does this count as relapse?
