Becoming angry/violent

    I remember I was angry at day 5 in August,when I started nofap, when someone asked me a question. The first 6 weeks, I had great testosteron feeling in training. The last 2-3weeks, I am weaker than before I started, I measure that through maximum strenght in bench press.
    Before I cuold do 5-6 reps at 105 kg, now 1-2 reps. Have a hip problem so havent done squats or leg training, (heard that is good for testoproduction.)

    Have you been to a Doctor to confirm, if you have low testosterone or any other issue.

  4. Had a dream last night that I was going to pee and when I pulled back my foreskin, a huge amount of semen came out and I was furious with myself. Woke up stroking it, but was able to stop myself. Very weird.

    Ohhh man it hurts. I felt same situation when stopped fapping. But now i am feeling better. Your goal is just to pass this time, after couple of weeks this problem will be vanished. Buck up amd keep it up

    @Joey_Joey_Joey something I have done in the past is thoroughly washing my genitals with soap and cold water...gets rid of the boner and feels surprisingly good to feel fresh down there!
     
  7. Managed to go throughout Lent and Easter without MO (never had a problem with porn and still have not resumed watching it, nor plan on), so I'm happy that I met my goals.

    PS: my badge says 47 days, but I reset it to zero. It just doesn't appear to me.

    Ditto on the exercise and meditation...meditation can help to actually feel the anger without getting caught up in what we’re angry at, to actually feel the feeling of anger as tension or tightness in our muscles, or heat in our bodies. When I focus on my reactions and what it feels like, without beating myself up or freaking out, I’m more able to let go and let the feeling pass. Easier said than done, though, I still struggle but it’s gotten better. Good luck!

    I have the same problem with anger and frustration which builds up very predictably during nofap. My explanation is that these are thoughts and feelings that normally I would have fapped to avoid instead of dealing with them face on and maturing through them. Hold over issues that have gotten worse because they were routinely avoided from their discomfort. The feelings derive from my solar plexus region and are quite familiar to me.
