How to avoid strong urges during NoFap

hello every body its my 13 th day on NoFap challenge yesterday i had strong urges due to which i had watched porn and edged for an hour but didnt fap off to be frank no semen was coming out from my penis
Now my question is does this count as a relapse ?


Further i also have certain questions to be answered :
1.During my 7 th day till yesteday i have had strong back pains with very sad feelings how do i get back on track .
2. How do i resist the urges in future when i have a competitive exam a month forward
