Feeling optimistic about my reboot
Hope everyone is also feeling hopeful. Let's remember this is what we want, need and deserve. We want a healthy well balanced life. No happiness can be found in any addiction. We have to see our reboot as a reward not as deprivation or like we are missing out cuz that will only cause a relapse. We have already made up our minds and we know PMO=Loss of all kinds. I did the same thing a week ago, i blew it right after signing up. Make your second try count. You do have to pick a smaller goal and retag The Winner though, its in the rules and i did the same thing. Good luck
