    honestly can not think of a more serious addiction. You are your own supplier, you get unlimited access to that dopamine kick anytime you want. There are so many people out there that don’t know about the benefits of nofap, an they are just destroying their bodies and their lives. Sorry for this rant I’m on day 70, I can’t believe I wasted so much time to fapping it’s scary really if I was a drug user I could get help go to addiction recovery specialists but with nofap it’s just communities like this which are a god send. Keep fighting everyone and beat this monster.

    I also have no libido, and a PIED so that that I don't get mourning wood, despite being in my teens and twenties.

    I have heard a lot of anecdotes of people being able to get a slight erection at times, and am curious of if people like us who get 0% libido have had a much more serious case, and how much people are in our boat. Does anyone have an idea of if these symptoms are more extreme and an idea of how common/uncommon this is?

    I'm going to continue doing Nofap, but going to see a Urologist again the 22nd. I believe I have low testosterone. My dick is dead all day long. It has no life

    It takes 64 days to regenerate your sperm. You must do exercise regularly. No caffeine drinks (before bed).
