    hey everyone. I just want to start by saying I’m almost to my 30 days no PMO! But I want to know do nocturnal emissions count? Like do I have to reset because of it? I hope not, but if I do it’s fine I feel like I’m still doing really well..

    Your streak would be broken only if you had intentionally climaxed, but since a nocturnal emission is involuntary, it doesn't break your streak. I occasionally get them. It can occur if a man hasn't climaxed in a long time.
