Feeling Depressed ...Hopeless

    I am feeling depressed .. since 10-12 days.... Dont know why... sitting alone, blank mind, feeling sleepy... trouble in eye contact when talking to anyone....... :( :( ... 5 days ago I MO after 57 days streak... but did it once and again on day 5. No binging..... BUT I dont think THAT relpase is the reason... because I was depressed even before Masturbating....:(

    Hi I'm new on here and I just wanna say I'm in similar state. Always depressed and never being able to control my urges. But 57 days man I dream of being there I can only last about a week before I screw it up.
