    Hello everyone.

Just wanted to introduce myself to the community. I live in Costa Rica and I'm an Engineer. Just recently found out about the Porn Induced ED phenomena. Started researching a couple of months ago and believe a may be suffering from this. Want to get a new grip on my life so I signed up to find the strength that I need in this community to fully recover.

Thank you for your welcome and I hope you enjoy your weekend!

Hey Oberon. Hope you make it too. It's been only 8 days... Gotta hold on until the end of spring break. Seems like such a far away goal... When I read the stories of people who succesfully rebooted and rewired. That it could take up to 1 year, some even 2. It's depressing sometimes. I try to focus on the Now and on my goals at work, my friends, family and hobbies. I pray to God I'll make it. It's just crazy... Can't believe I got myself into this. So stupid... But oh well, can't undo the past. Can't blame myself for my mistakes either. Had I only known what I was doing to myself all those years ago, I Never would have done it in the first place! That's why sex education is Soo important. If only our parents and teachers had taught us. I'll make sure I pass it on to my children for sure. I even try to tell my friends and people I meet about it. Stop watching Porn!!! Hahaha

For sure man! PMO is something lots of people are doing today but few are talking about; this is unfortunate given that apparently even Victorian doctors realized there were some detrimental effects related to masturbation:

I never heard this! I didn't realize I had a problem until I got addicted and then started hearing about nofap groups. Hope things go well for you Tico; it's going to be worth it!
