    Hello. I am on day 4. I am trying really hard to not masturbate. and what happened right now was i opened porn and started to masturbate. But i stopped before ejaculating. is it a reset? Should i just masturbate now and start fresh tomorrow or continue? please explain.

    Masturbation (with/without ejaculation), or watching porn (softcore or hardcore), or both get you a reset. But, it's not a reset if you didn't know, which means you haven't relapsed yet. So don't go ahead and masturbate.

    Also, you'll have to be more careful from now on since the rules have been intimated to you.

    Just don't touch your junk man during recovery, I'm trying to stop that and fanatasing. I've been doing better but man it's hard

    Hey man. Its very hard sometimes. Ive tried to have a blocking program on my computer and ive gotten rid of my smartphone. Also just try to stay as busy as you can. Good luck man!
