Today I am watching a (non triggering) movie with friends.

 

Today is day 2! and I am not going to relaspe/

It's a nice gift to give yourself, to not block potential human connection with the people around, as you do when processing the world through a porn-damaged brain.

Today I will not use porn because I cannot concentrate on my studies and feeling very disgusting.

 

Today, I am grateful for my patience.

 

Today I am going to a Bible study to learn more about God.

 

Today I will take care of my health!

 

I will not pmo today because I want to leave that part of me behind
