    One book that i think everyone should own is Paul Chek's How to Eat, Move, and Be Healthy. Not much of a read but it's a simple straight forward book that i think can help everybody. Paul Chek is highly respected for his work. Honestly, go get that book if you're reading this.

    I'll keep you updated :) And not only do I love Harry Potter, but I actually have a tattoo of the Dark Mark! *mega geek* I eat pretty healthy almost always already, but I have my days where I inhale my entire kitchen, so I need to stop that. Haha. I'll keep that in mind about the exercise questions though! And yeah, I've been needing to get my license for a while, but I've always been really anxious about driving.

    Yooo the dark mark tattoo haha that's awesome and inhaling my entire kitchen is a daily routine for me. I really think you should invest in that book i was talking about btw, i promise it will help

    Day 1, I have been trying for a long time to quit and i have found no success, i usually give up because of my feelings or people factoring it or realizing its not possible or loss of motivation. Im ready to change and today is the day. Going to need all the help i can get

  6. I was thinking of writing a Harry Potter fanfic where a vegan wozard. witch enters Hogwarts and is horrified by all the meat, and gets in trouble with Professor Snape because he won't use animal parts in his potions.

    I actually have an entire HP sleeve planned out :p I'm not sure if I'll go through with it, though. I have a ton of tattoo plans, and that would be a lot of skin to dedicate to one idea... And I added that book to my Amazon list, so I'll definitely check it out when I'm not broke!

    Hi, I'm new to NoFap was trying to quit on my own but relapsed today hard...
    then soft...
    then hard again...
    then very soft, kind'a'squishy

    So i hope this Thread can help me ceep fokust on other things,
    like HP turning 11 was the hardest disapointment ever.

    Welcome to all the newcomers and congrats to everyone that stayed strong last night!

    For all those that recently relapsed, I can't even count how many day 1's i have had because i've relapsed so much. We are creatures of habit, we have instant gratification at our disposal at all times, we all get bored,and we all have some problems in our life. So we have a lot going against us here, but fuck all that it's not worth it and you have to remind yourself of that. Hopefully here we can help you do that and you can help others.

    I really appreciate VeganCannibal for helping out too. We have to have each other backs man that's how we win

    I want to encourage everyone that's reading this to subscribe to this thread and share share share. Share whatever you want like why you want to do nofap, whats stopping you, maybe share some insight on how to fight your urges, i don't know just share please. I think if you're not truly honest with yourself that your addiction will get the best of you

    Speaking of sharing there is a movie on sex/porn addiction called Thanks for Sharing.

    I watched it a while ago but relapsed since then and totally forgot about it. But it's a pretty good movie i think we can all relate to. I know it's on Amazon Prime if any of you guys have that, but i'm sure it's somewhere out there on the internets. Next time your bored or have some urges go check it out.

    I think it'll help with that inner dialogue or that little fight you have in your head right before you relapse. It gives more strength to the other voice that knows what's best for you

    I saw a method for beating habits where you focus on 3 days then 3 weeks then 3 months.

    Well, we're all here to support each other, so you've come to the right place :) I agree with Apprentice, a good first step is to set a goal. Some people prefer to start with a small goal, such as a week or less.

    One thing that might also be helpful is to get a PMO tracker for your signature. You'll be able to see your progress better, and knowing that other people see it also helps me stay accountable.

    How's everyone doing? Day 3 for me and i'm feeling good. I think the withdrawal symptoms go away alot faster after you've had some past success because i'm feeling better already. My sleep schedule got a little messed up from stressing all night but besides that I feel like i'm on my way.

    Oh and i think people should check out some of this guys youtube videos. His youtube name is SacredSexualityProject. He's the one that made me realize that i have a bonafide addiction and he's good at articulating the troubles of fighting it.

    I'd like to join your quest…I'm a complete Newbie to this and really want to quit masturbation to porn.

    I don't know how difficult its going to be but I've set a goal for 30days no PMO.

    I was encouraged reading your posts and you guys seem to be on about the same timeline which will help a lot!
