How long should i stop

    So my best record till now is 3 weeks and i am about to reach it again but i don't know if i can stop more than that my goal this time was one month which is going to be completed on may 27th so what should i do ??
    should i first try to make 3 weeks without fapping normal or just go for one month

    In reality, make it 1 whole month i.e approximately 4 weeks..

    If you can completely avoid something for 1 month, it's proof you don't need it,

    So why go back to doing it again?
