Does this count as a relapse?

    Hi everyone,

    I just wanted to ask if fantasising about other women during sex with my wife counts as a relapse. I done it naturally to get me aroused because I haven’t been able to get stimulated with my wife alone due to my addiction. Does this count as a relapse? Should I reset my clock?

    I would say yes...it's kinda fucked up.
    I broke up with my ex because she was doing that...thinking about other men while with me.

    I think you should go on hardmode until you find your wife desirable again..

    The fact that you can get aroused by other women and not by your wife is kinda problematic, good that you noticed that. Just as dreamer81 says, you should go on hardmode. But you'll need the help and understanding of your wife for that I think. Have you discussed your porn addiction with her?

    Maybe she wont feel comfortable if she knew that, but its not your fault if she dont stimulate you

    As long as you are not going to porn you are good, but if you want to be even better go hard mode
