How to block porn off smart phone?

I had the same problem. My prevention method had to change because there is really no good cell phone porn blocker. I keep my phone out of my room. You might consider never being alone with your cell phone.

 

Well i use an iPhone and it allows me to set up a basic adult content filter which blocks anything it deems explicit. On top of that I can manually enter website urls I want it to restrict. All of this can be overridden with a pass code so it's best to enter something you won't remember or just let someone else enter it. Idk if android phones can do anything like this but it's worth a shot

 

I just uninstalled the tor app that I always used.

 

Worst case, get rid of the phone and use a dumb phone for calling and texting. The thought had crossed my mind but I am way past the P at this point.

I know in my particular case, if there was a filter or not, I'd find a way around it if I really wanted to.

As mentioned iPhone stuff has these options built in. I just saw a tweet from xxxchurch that said filtering for android phones, maybe look it up on their website.

 

There's a K9 browser on the play store you can use, but its not as good as Google Chrome (And sadly, there's no way to block porn on Chrome).

I used to have the exact same problem. I just had a trusted friend put a password on my internet connection on my phone that only he would know. Fixed that problem immediately.
