174/365. It's hard to believe that this is day 174 of the 365 day challenge I accepted last Nov 26, 2018 and day 200 of my nofap lifestyle.

This is the good attitude to have buddy. Awareness is half the battle. Notice what you're thinking, what you're doing. Don't judge it, just be curious about it. Learn the patterns. This knowledge can liberate you, because then you can find practical ways to manage and change your actions. Keep at it.

 

Im on 5/365 bcs I loose my 53 day streak before 5 days
