    I am looking to quit porn in order to improve myself.
    I feel exhausted and depressed and anxious for about a month after i let go.
    Will sex make me feel the same way or are these negatives only associated with masturbation?

    I believe there a time and place for everything. There is a natural time and place for sex.

    I'm married, so for me personally, the time a place for sex, is with my wife.

    So there are good benefits if sex is used in it's proper time and place.

    Porn produces unnatural fantasies. However if sex is abused it can also produces some bad habbits.
