Day 8, cont'd: I caught myself staying up late again, since I have a late start tomorrow. Instead of continuing until, say, midnight and facing all the inescapable urges that come with that level of fatigue, I am electing to go to bed now, grateful of this blessing of awareness that is allowing me to do so. Here's to tomorrow!

Day 7 of NoFap. Lets just say outside of no pm. Shit been going crazy. Almost releapse a few times . Saw my ex wanted to have sex with her for all the wrong reason but let just say nothing happen. Some shit happen at my job and im hoping that i wont get fired. Swear to god that shit at my job made wanted to fire up that computer and turn on pornhub. Skin Diamond was on the top of my list to look at. I didnt do it. The only reason i didnt do it was i look at my NoFap watch and realize where im at now. I dont want to go back to that life.

Day 9 of challenge: I think I kept relapsing so often and willingly before starting this challenge that I forgot what a strong urge is like. I had one today and it was a hell of an urge. I work in a bookstore, and we carry Sports Illustrated. For God knows what reason, the management thought it would be a good idea to have a large stack of a risque edition of the magazine behind the customer services counter, where I was working today by myself. I had the strongest urge to flip through it and, admittedly, I did to an extent, but when I noticed my heart rate rising and my self-control dwindling, I had a reality check, took a few deep breaths, put away the magazines, and went on with my day. Although this brief lapse in self-control was disappointing to me, I'd like to focus more on the steps I took to get myself out of the situation, so that I did not stand there like a jackass flipping through a risque magazine embarrassing myself, and so that the urge did not follow me home to make me relapse. As for me now, I'm going to again try to make it a short night and get up early tomorrow. Here's to day 10 tomorrow!

Day 0 of challenge: Welp, I relapsed yesterday and the chaser effect got me this morning. No matter, I think I can use these relapses as a learning tool and this thread as the launching point it was for my late streak. Here's to tomorrow, the first day of an even greater journey!

Day 1 of challenge (yesterday): A really difficult day with lots of potential trigers. I managed to keep my wits about me and, remembering well the tribulations of the previous two days, I was able to get through unscathed. I'd say this was one of the more difficult days, if I had to compare to last streak.

Day 2 of challenge: Today has not been as bad as yesterday, mostly because I worked today and that kept me busy. Now that I'm home, I know that I am particularly tired and, as a result, my defenses are significantly hindered. I'm going to be extra careful to go to bed early tonight, and to not bring my phone with me when I do.

Day 3 of challenge: Today was a great day! I finally got out geocaching again and got my first FTF (first to find)! It was a bit of a death march through the heat to get there, since I didn't have a car handy and my clothes were really heavy, but hey, it beats relapsing! I'm resting after that now, might play some video games later and go out to dinner with my folks. I'm really thankful for this thread; without it, I would have been relapsing for days after that first one, but since I can post here, I got my footing really fast. Thanks again, @Phoenix666!

Day 0 of challenge: Ugh. Again with this. I've relapsed again, obviously, but in an effort to learn from my mistakes, I'm jumping right back in to something productive, to keep my mind from ire and the chaser effect preoccupied. I'm coming back with a vengeance; no binges for me!

Day 0 of challenge: Stayed up too late again and had no willpower to hold off against the urges. I'll have a better start tomorrow. For right now, it's off to bed for me.
