Other things come into play when you have sex with your wife. It is definitely not the same. There is emotional connection and love which changes the mix released in your brain.

I have some experience with this and can give you some insight. I have been married for a few years and the honest answer is probably, but only for a few times. I felt the same feelings after orgasming with my wife and it is weird. But since that was your brains natural response after it will be the natural response then as well. It won't last as long as when you PMO though. But after a few times this does go away, then it is really quite an amazing experience during and after. This doesn't happen to everyone but does happen to some. So if it does happen don't worry, it won't be that way for very long at all.
